What You'll Do

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our clinical decision support and precision medicine products used by oncologists every day across the country. You will work in our matrix model alongside a team of cross-functional peers to transform oncology workflows by building smart, simple, and safe solutions that directly impact patient care and enable clinicians to make efficient, confident, and personalized treatment decisions.

  • Drive product discovery through partnership with stakeholders, user research with customers, and data and clinical insights to inform product priorities and roadmaps.
  • Make strategic tradeoffs and balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs when making product decisions.
  • Champion improvements in workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and user experience.
  • Lead your team to translate complex clinical context, user needs, and technical constraints into clear product requirements and delightful solutions.
  • Effectively communicate your product vision, strategy, and roadmap to diverse stakeholders including internal teams, customers, and vendor partners.

Who You Are

You have a track record of shipping products that users love and have led complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end in a product, research, or data-oriented discipline. You're a kind, passionate, and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.

  • BA/BS degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complexity with an ability to tackle vague challenges in a rapidly evolving space and bring clarity to your team and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to engage with enterprise, B2B customers and deeply understand their needs
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage and execute against multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, from inception through rollout and go-to-market strategy
