Celebrating the whole human experience

At FLATIRON HEALTH®, we’re committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). That means we work to establish equitable systems and processes that center on inspiring individuals to feel psychologically safe, professionally actualized, and connected—so we can work together to create a world where technology and science close the gap between care and research.

As a global company, our vision is to create long-term, sustainable support that celebrates the diverse cultures represented in teams around the world, empowers employees to be their most authentic selves, and contributes to our business objectives.

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS

Recognizing that we’re better together

Our workforce is stronger when we bring together people from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are open to all—including allies—and offer a place for people to share their experiences, support each other, develop leadership skills, and drive positive change.

“Our mission at Flatiron is to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. So by default, our mission is one of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our ERGs help us to support our goal of having a workplace that reflects the diversity of the many people living with cancer.”

GLOBAL INCLUSION PROGRAMMING

Challenging the status quo

Flatiron is dedicated to helping our employees grow as individuals and as a team. We know our customers benefit from collaborating with a diverse workforce that reflects the communities where they live and work. After all, cancer affects the lives of people from every background. That's why we offer global inclusion programming that allows us to have vulnerable and uncomfortable discussions with one another, in order to grow and gain perspective.
